Follow your fulfilled shipment using the order-status link or carrier tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Track your shipment
- Find your SNK ATK® Design Lab order confirmation email. Your order number appears there, for example #SNK4165.
- Open your shipping confirmation email and select the order-status or carrier tracking link. Your tracking number is different from your order number.
- If the order-status page asks you to verify your identity, use the order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
FedEx, GoGo Xpress and other carriers
Use the carrier link supplied for your shipment in your shipping email. It takes you to the relevant carrier's tracking service. If prompted, enter your shipment's tracking number, not your order number.
Can't find your tracking?
Check your spam or promotions folder for your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates may appear after the carrier scans your parcel. If your shipment has no tracking number or you need help finding the link, contact us with your order number.
