SNK ATK Shipping Terms
Orders and Shipping Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation email with the items you purchased, the price, and your delivery information. Please make sure your delivery address is correct because we cannot redirect orders that have already been shipped. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process and send for shipment. You will receive another email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may be contacted for additional information if we need to verify details about your order.
Shipping Location
Orders are shipped from our HQ in Metro Manila, Philippines. We ship to select countries in the world via FedEx Express and International Express.

Shipping Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that orders outside the Philippines may take a few days longer to process before shipment. Shipping times below are estimates only.

For International Post shipping option, your country's local Customs and Post Office may charge additional fees. Please check with your local Customs policies to check rates and fees.
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of shipping confirmation with tracking. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all tags. To return an item, please contact orders@snkatk.co. Please note that shipping costs for returns are shouldered by the buyer.
Sale/promotional items are not eligible for returns
Late Returns
Items returned 31 days after order date and beyond are not eligible for a refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days of order date. Damaged, tampered, or discolored items will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping or handling fees. You will receive your refund in the original form that was paid for your order. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process.
