Orders and Shipping Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation email with the items you purchased, the price, and your delivery information. Please make sure your delivery address is correct because we cannot redirect orders that have already been shipped. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. You will receive another email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may be contacted for additional information if we need to verify details about your order.
Shipping Location
Orders are shipped from our HQ in Quezon City, Philippines. We ship to most countries in the world via FedEx.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that orders outside the Philippines may take 2-3 days to process before shipment.
